Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

All fees for notary services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the notarization appointment unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of notary services, refunds are generally not provided once the notarization has been completed. This is because notarizations are legal acts that cannot be undone.

​

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with sufficient notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of the deposit/payment, at the discretion of Premier Legal Notary LLC.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.

5. Refund Process


Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Premierslegalnotary@gmail.com.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Also keep in mind not all cards are the same in processing refunds.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Service errors on our part (e.g., failure to provide agreed services)

  • Exceptional circumstances (at our discretion)
